Abstract:
Modern training loads in tennis contribute to the asymmetric distribution of muscle mass and make special demands on the functional state of the musculoskeletal system. The accentuated effect of specific motor activity can lead to improper growth of the body and, even, to disturbances in the skeletal structure. Scientists explain this phenomenon as motor asymmetry and claim that it isrelated to the specifics of a particular sport.
