Abstract:
The carbohydrates gel “EnerGel. Endurance” course using influence for special workability was established. Material and methods: the incremental tests exercise for cycle sports athletes’ (n=14) before and after gel’s course was used for the workability determination. The ergospirometry, gas analysis, biochemical methods (blood lactate determination) as also statistical analyses were used. Results: it was clarified the benefits of the carbohydrates gel “EnerGel. Endurance” course using for athletes’ oxidative ability: significant (р ≤ 0,05) increasing of the anaerobic threshold power output for 12 %, the mechanical efficiency and physical activity profitably during anaerobic threshold and VO2 max achievements. Conclusions: It was established that “EnergGel. Endurance” course intake positive influences for endurance physical loads including for efficiency increasing of athletes training and competition activity.
