dc.description.abstract | Computer games affect the physical and mental health of children and young people. Not denying the main danger of games - the possibility of developing computer dependence - in general games, of course, develop intellect and mental ability. In order to avoid computer dependency on children and young people, it is critical to choose computer games. It is necessary to limit the time spent by children on a computer (maximum time - 30 minutes with intervals every 5-10 minutes). The main condition for overcoming computer dependency among children and young people is to pay more attention to them by inviting their children's friends, getting acquainted with various forms of leisure, and spending time with the whole family. This will allow a person to develop evenly and avoid negative consequences. | uk_UA |
