Abstract:
The system of non-specialized high-intensity CrossFit training positively affects the level of physical fitness of the students, strengthens their motivation to physical education and sports activities, and promotes the acquisition of knowledge of modern approaches to the organization of physical training, skills and abilities of independent physical training. According to the CrossFit method circular training increases the motional and emotional density of workouts, makes workouts more diverse and interesting for students giving space for individual opportunities and personal initiative, thus increasing the motivation to physical education. Conducting physical trainings via circular workouts gives positive results and contributes to the successful development of general physical fitness.
