Health is the most important category of human existence.
According to literary sources, this indicates that there are currently more than 300
definitions of the meaning “health”. Despite this, it is necessary to combine various
approaches from related disciplines into a single set of scientific knowledge in order
to achieve an understanding of the nature of health. The proper creation of the
meaning of “health” belongs to physical culture and recreational activities, whose
role in the conditions of modernization, globalization and technological development
of modern society does not decrease, but increases.
